I've seen a parking space advertised on your website that I would like to rent, what do I do next?

 

The first step is to use the Register your Details facility using the menu above. Filling in the registration form does not obligate you to take the parking space but creates your entry in our database which will allow us to prepare the agreement forms for you and get the ball rolling. The usual process is that we post the forms out to you to confirm your address and request that you call us upon receipt of these; we will then arrange to meet you at the parking space to collect our copies of the forms and hand the parking space over for your use. At that time you will be given the remote control/key/swipe card etc required to access the parking space.

 

My company pays for my parking space and requires an invoice so I can reclaim the expense, how do I get one?

 

At the present time we do not send out invoices automatically as the agreement form clearly states the amount you will be paying each month. However, should you require an invoice to be sent to you please send an email to info@parkingspacerentals.co.uk including your name and the details of your parking space (space number, name of development and city) and we will email one back to you as soon as possible.

 

When our new website it up and running you will be able to generate invoices automatically by logging into the customer system. You will also be able to select whether you wish invoices to be automatically emailed to you each month.

 

How do I get a refund for a period I pre-paid for?

 

If you have given or been given notice that the agreement for your parking needs to end and you have pre-paid for the calendar month in advance you will receive a pro-rata refund for the period you will not be using. This refund will be credited directly to your bank account once your usage has finished and will be sent at the same time as the refund for your security deposit (if appropriate)

 

How do I give notice to cancel a Parking Licence Agreement?

 

The agreement forms that you have signed gives information on this and detail the notice period required for termination which is usually 30 days. We would advise you to call us to give notice however you can also write to us (being sent by Recorded Delivery if possible) or email your account manager.
